CNN’s chief international correspondent Christiane Amanpour has issued an apology following outrage from Israel after she compared the Trump administration to the Nazi’s Kristallnacht attack on Jewish people.
She compared Trump to Kristallnacht during a segment on her CNN International show Amanpour, which airs in the US as well as Europe, Asia and the Middle East, on the 82nd anniversary of the deadly event described as a prelude to the Holocaust.
In the segment she said Kristallnacht 'was the Nazis' warning shot across the bow of our human civilization that led to genocide and, in that tower of burning books, it led to an attack on fact, knowledge, history and proof.'

People like Amanpour trivialize the crimes of the Nazis when they throw around ignorant comparisons like this.
Her apology was along the lines of “I apologize if you were offended.”

Well huuuuuh it’s on purpose deliberatly and she doesn’t care trivializing Nazis’ crimes ( let alone the way bigger , on a larger scale i mean , communist crimes ) .

I wish people would stop with the “I demand an apology” stuff. She said it and she meant it, a fake apology changes nothing. A sincere apology is not something to be demanded, they are offered.
“I am sorry if you think my comparison of the Trump administration to the heroic actions of National Socialist Germany in fighting the worldwide Zionist conspiracy by killing the Jew dogs was offensive. The use of gas was uncalled for. I personally believe that as Holy Quran says, all their throats should have been slit. They were Jews, sons of pigs and apes, anyway. Please don’t think I dislike those filthy Jews as that is really a mischaracterization of what I said, which was taken out of context anyway. So sorry.”
Amanpour issued her apology from her apartment, next to her favorite painting, an abstract of the Twin Trade Towers burning.

Are there any Nazis still alive that she apologized to?
There will never be forgiveness for all CNN and everyone who works for them has done. Make a point to remember that.
She had a golden opportunity to make a much more apt comparison of Kristallnacht to the Antifa/BLM riots. Wonder why she didn’t take it? /s
There WAS a Kristallnacht in America. Only, it lasted WAY more than a single night, going on for almost the half a year before the elections, more in some cities than in others, and it was organized, not by Team Trump, but the forces arrayed to delegitimize the whole Trump administration.
Both the militant Islamist jihadists and the neo-Nazis that have infested the politics of the United States have not done nearly the damage to property and economics that has been wreaked upon America by the ANTIFA and BLM thugs being financed by some shadowy billionaire types and urged on by rabidly anti-American intellectuals.
