Going where no leftist journalist will tread, I fired up the interwebs and dug around in the swamps of Democrat stronghold cities. It only took three licks of the lollipop to identify a significant case TWO significant cases in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia.
Let’s jump into former Democratic Congressman, “Abscam” participant, and political operative Ozzie Meyer’s world for a few minutes. The Trump DOJ via US Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Mr. William McSwain announced election fraud charges on July 23, 2020 accusing Meyers of
“…conspiring to violate voting rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Pennsylvania primary elections, bribery of an election official, falsification of records, voting more than once in federal elections, and obstruction of justice.”
It was covered briefly in the national media due to the US Attorney’s press conference -- with a traditional lack of reference to the guilty party’s political affiliation because he was a Democrat in a Democratic City, with a Democratic Primary and fraud against Democrat votes. The US DOJ press release further states
“After receiving payments ranging from between $300 to $5,000 per election from Myers, Demuro [Ed: the election judge, also indicted, see below] would add fraudulent votes on the voting machine – also known as ‘ringing up’ votes – for Myers’ [sic] clients and preferred candidates, thereby diluting the value of ballots cast by actual voters. At Myers’ [sic] direction, Demuro would add these fraudulent votes to the totals during Election Day, and then would later falsely certify that the voting machine results were accurate.”
McSwain also brought charges against Domenick DeMuro, the Election Judge in 39th Ward, 26th Division referenced above. McSwain commented on May 21, 2020 (emphasis added):

It will be out when the Durham report and/or indictments will be out.
Isn’t it ashame that we all feel the same way that the government is covering the truth up for their own POWER GRAB !

What safeguards are there to prevent a poll worker from taking a stack of Bitem ballots, feeding them into a machine for counting, and then feeding them into the machine once (or more) again?
Obviously, poll watchers is one safeguard. A poor one. But one, nonetheless.
Are there others? Are there *any* others? Does running a ballot thru a machine do something to the ballot itself, like make a mark or cut a slot, to prevent fraud in the absence of an observer?

The government is at least 95 percent corrupt and does represent America.

From an IT prespective it should have and could have been done very easily. But again the software was not set up for fair elections apparently.

In the end we have to wonder: “How relevant, honest, necessary, humane or ethical IS your agenda, if you cannot gain political office without cheating?
Trump's DOJ, the Eastern District of PA US Atty announced election fraud charges accusing a Democrat operative of:

<><> fraudulently stuffing ballot boxes for Democrats in 2014-15-16 PA primaries,

<><> falsification of records,
<><> voting more than once in federal elections, and,
<><> obstruction of justice.
Not fast enough and not nearly enough people.
We will only be secure in the integrity of our elections if all the fraud comes out. The Left is dragging it out so that states will go ahead and certify their numbers. Our country will suffer greatly unless the WHOLE of the fraud is exposed.
Those are ALL entirely ‘actionable’ charges.
No attorney of any standing would stake their professional reputation on bringing THOSE charges, without unquestionably sound evidence, or without a personal and professional conviction that they are wholly defensible!
The President’s representatives are NOT the kind of smarmy, unprincipled, power-mad bounders who populate the Liberals’ ‘team’.
No Liberal who challenged Kavanaugh’s nomination to the SCOTUS or attempted to remove this President should forget what happened THEN, or want to scrap with Trump on this one.

Apparently this is rather common. Some of the sworn affidavits attest that batches were run through the machines multiple times. There is no way for the machine to detect multiple runs.
