A hearing on the Trump campaign’s federal lawsuit seeking to prevent Pennsylvania officials from certifying the vote results remains on track for Tuesday after a judge quickly denied the campaign’s new lawyer’s request for a delay.
U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann told lawyers for Donald J. Trump for President Inc. and the counties and state election official it has sued that they must show up and “be prepared for argument and questioning” at the Williamsport federal courthouse.

The problem is their policies, not their marketing.
The result may be the smallest House majority since 1919, and it’s especially shocking as Democrats reclaimed the White House. Joe Biden leads Donald Trump in the national popular vote by about 3.6%, while House Democratic candidates are ahead by only 2.1% (a margin that exaggerates the Democratic edge because more Democratic seats were uncontested). Democrats also had an incumbency advantage with three times as many Republican House Members retiring this year than Democrats. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi blamed the losses on Mr. Trump’s ability to turn out Republicans, but the results show that Mr. Biden is more popular than are House Democrats.
Democrats are now brawling over the reason, with progressives and swing-state Members blaming each other...
Swing-state Members are more realistic in that they recognize the damage from GOP ads that attacked Democrats for socialism, defunding the police, raising taxes and eliminating oil and gas drilling...

Actually I agree with this judge, but not for his reasons. He is a hack Obama judge. We all know how he is likely to rule. The clock is ticking. He will take a few days to rule. Then it has to go to the appeals court which will take a few days. The main thing is to get it to SCOTUS as soon as possible.
