because they have no interest whatsoever in our actual health; they only care about controlling our lives, as institutions like governments, schools, and religions have been doing for untold centuries...

It's the Doctor's judgment, and, yes, there will be cases where it is not clear, or those of simple misjudgment, but, those can go either way. "Nah, the COVID was not that advanced..." Of the several I know, I've not met any doctors or even medium to high position nurses who hyperventilate about COVID, so, maybe there is a slight "lean" toward COVID, but I think overall this area is close to a wash.
The Monty Python reference is to the "Bring out your dead!" scene in "In Search Of The Holy Grail". Very dark humor, but I didn't think* anyone on here would not have seen it... It's literally "iconic" in a sort of demented way. (I'm not sure if that's good, though!)
