I think his team knows that the Dominion server conspiracy case, while likely very solid, is not specific enough in terms of harms (i.e., can’t show specifically that the votes went to Biteme, only that it looks incredibly fishy. But that’s not enough to take points off the board.)

Which ballots? Specifically? That is the problem.
The only alternative would be to send it to the states—and they want nothing to do with it.
The clear issue to stress is the cataclysmic loss of trust in the electoral process, itself--rather than just focus on the idea of having to prove an exact number of corrupted ballots. Thus all of the irregularities become relevant to demonstrate an intolerable climate of corruption!

Think: the reason the counting had to be suspended by the traitors running the steal was to get enough paper in place to match what needed to be switched from Trump to Biden/heels up. ALL the added fraudulent ballots are in need of disqualification, and a time specific can be identified when the fraud on massive scale began, when ‘somoene’ (soetoro or brennan?) ordered the counting to stop.
