No, FRiend— you do not understand the GA political scene at all. Nor do you understand Stacey Abrams and Marc Elias role in “rewriting” GA election law (which btw, would not permit her actions in this instance, in any case under the consent).
The situation in GA is EXACTLY that of PA— violation of the legislature’s Eleciton Law in a consent decree that should never have been agreed to. The US SCOTUS will hear this. It is criminal and will require all the ballots not submitted under existing election law— to be tossed.
See Lin Wood’s suit— today— for Legislature Special Session- and to NOT certify this election. Period.
The Governor will not do it— he’s the one who brought Dominion voting system in... so he could manipulate the vote that got him in, in the first place. If he does NOT call a Special Session as Gingrich has said MUST happen (remember, Gingrich is a Georgian— and former gov Nathan Deal and Perdue both have his ear)-—then Kemp is admitting he was paid off by his own CoS for the “trade” of the manipulated win. All of which is NOW provable with the seizure of the servers for Dominion in Germany. Proof positive of the software and the “directed re programming”.
Nope. That is pretty much the basis for Wood’s lawsuit.
She needs to be indicted, tried, and if found, guilty she needs to go to jail.
These were not opened before election day. These were provisional ballots cast on election day. If you cast a provisional ballot because you don’t have the appropriate paperwork, you have a certain number of days to return with the correct information. For example, if you forget your ID, you can return with an ID.
I don’t know of any states that allow repairs to absentee ballots, but a state COULD write their laws to allow it — in general, failing to fill out paperwork correctly should not automatically disqualify a person from being allowed to vote.
