There would be nothing wrong with helping people fill out mail in ballots and doing it properly. I worry about the people filling in ballots after they are mailed in. GOP needs a ground game!

This could be an equal protection issue if the names of persons with spoiled ballots was not public information. If democratic voters were preferentially identified and given an opportunity to fix their ballots, I could see an equal protection legal case.
It is NOT legal. Its illegal to open ballots before election day. It’s what PA was busted for.
