Any reason to worry that this sudden change in deadline date might be more that it first seems to be? No chance for you all to run parallel, test for bugs, cope with inevitable surprises, etc. Where is the General Akbar gif? It FR suddenly vanishes and Facebook pulls the plug in the backup, is there any other way we could communicate during an emergency? Thanks so much.

I will note that a few folks are hanging around on Parler, Gab, and Me-We too. Parler is similar to twitter in how it operates, but is not censored by the left.
MeWe is kind of Facebook-like but a little odd. Also has some “anything goes” kinds of groups so tread carefully.

Yeah, but our deadline is tomorrow and John says it’s going to probably take all night just to backup and move the db. The new servers are running with our software installed and an old backup copy of the db. It seems to be working. Either way, it’s going to be a scramble.
