That is a really cool picture of Lake Hood.
Right now we have bright sun and blue skies at my house. The trees are HEAVILY flocked and shining in the sunlight. I’ll try to get a picture.

The cam op gave a good opportunity for a pretty screen cap when he zoomed on those little shacks. They add nice splashes of color to the snowy scene.
Normally you can see the tops of some of the tall buildings downtown in the background but the clouds were practically sitting on the treetops yesterday. Planes disappeared from sight almost immediately after takeoff.
No so today. Clear as a bell up there. We can even see Mt. Denali in the distance again.
Clear and cold!!!
