The State Legislatures are populated with wusses at the State Senate level. The next level of Constitutional remedy is the House, with one vote per state delegation and we hold the advantage there. Those state delegations are highly likely to send the R slate of electors for certification. States that refuse to certify at the state level lose out and the bar for an Electoral College win is then lowered. I’m unsure what penalties exist for fraudulent certification at the state level, but I am sure there are some. It is why those contested states are slow walking everything. The fraudulent certification opens those officials up to personal lawsuits for disenfranchisement.
