Republican leaders in four critical states won by President-elect Joe Biden say they won’t participate in a legally dubious scheme to flip their state’s electors to vote for President Donald Trump. Their comments effectively shut down a half-baked plot some Republicans floated as a last chance to keep Trump in the White House.
State GOP lawmakers in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have all said they would not intervene in the selection of electors, who ultimately cast the votes that secure a candidate’s victory. Such a move would violate state law and a vote of the people, several noted...
The idea loosely involves GOP-controlled legislatures dismissing Biden’s popular vote wins in their states and opting to select Trump electors. While the endgame was unclear, it appeared to hinge on the expectation that a conservative-leaning Supreme Court would settle any dispute over the move...
The problem, legal experts note, is that the result of the election is not in any way unclear. Biden won all the states at issue. It’s hard to argue the election “failed” when Trump’s own Department of Homeland Security reported it was not tampered with and was “the most secure in American history.” There has been no finding of widespread fraud or problems in the vote count, which shows Biden leading Trump by more than 5 million votes nationally.

Sidney Powell is beyond brilliant. She dropped “Release the Kraken” into this Lou Dobbs Nov. 13 interview, knowing that tagline phrase would be an indelible stamp on the video to make it more searchable. She declares that the Dominion software was created in Venezuela and Cuba to help Hugo Chavez win by fraud, and then exported to other countries for fraud use.
Powell says she has many many fact witnesses on tap to verify this claim. She says there are numerous Dem politicians and sec-states who are 100% complicit, even being investors in Dominion, or taking graft from them.
Notably, official FOX NEWS does NOT have this interview on their YT channel. Only unofficial “bootleggers” have uploaded it, and FOX will attack them for copyright violations and have them take it down very fast.
They have done this many times with videos that are “off the reservation,” such as when Eric CIArame11a’s name was mentioned last year on Media Buzz.
“Release the Kraken” is the most amazing video you will see all day. Please save this video if you can, FOX will “disappear” it from YT by noon today by threatening the uploaders with copyright law.

There goes one more Freeper fantasy - “The state legislatures will refuse to certify”.
This is a pretty meaningless statement. If the Trump campaign comes forward with conclusive evidence of massive illegality that was enough to swing the election, the Republican legislatures will be compelled to act regardless of what they are saying today. If the Trump campaign has anything less than that, then the legislatures would never have intervened anyway.
It all depends on whether Powell and Giuliani can actually deliver what they seem to be promising, or whether it is all just hype. Frankly, as time goes on, I am becoming convinced it is the latter.

Biden offered $7000 and $10000 bribes to millions of people for their votes.
Biden’s voter bribery is crystal clear and sufficient cause in itself for legislative action.
