Barr has been quite since he became AG.
If this is Trump’s plan, he would have to have begun putting it together months or even years ago. How could he have known that Ginsburg would die before the election?
Here’s to hope. But I’ve resigned myself realistically that we’ll be stuck with Biden, the Dope. (Actually probably only for a year at most, then Harris.)
I also will watch and wait. Like and many others, I’ve sensed from the beginning that there’s some unknown “something” going on behind the scenes, which none of us are privy to. UNLIKE some of those others, however, I believe it’s a favorable “something”. Don’t ask me to explain further; I can’t — not in words, anyway. It’s entirely instinctive / intuitive.
We shall see. All I know is that, so far, my intuitions have always been borne out by events.
Besides, God’s foot is a whole lot bigger than the cheaters’ combined asses. :-)
two points
1) for this to work, DOJ has to cooperate. There’s zero evidence of that. In fact, all of the evidence to date is to the contrary.
2) there is no constitutional law about waiting ten days. zero. There might be a statute on that, I don’t know...actually I could see the wisdom in such a statute. But there is no constitutional law having to do with the department of justice getting involved in an election. That’s just silly and embarrassing when authors say that.

This had better be correct or we are finished as a nation.
The Patriot Act and subsequent executive orders give the President almost unlimited dictatorial powers in the event of an attack on the United States. If Trump decides to exercise those powers to help US Marshals arrest the foreign-paid malefactors for staging and coordinating this attack, I don't think any whining media figures could stop him.
