so the strategy according to Bannon from what i understood him to say is to drag out the certification swing state by swing state, suing on the basis of injuries such as Dominion Democracy Suite election fraud, mail in ballot stuffing election fraud, and invalidated ballots upon audits/recounts. Trump does not necessarily have to prevail in every case so much as simply deny Biden prevailing in court. The concept is with so many different kinds of vote fraud and election fraud going on out there, that it makes it almost impossible to pin down the actual ballot tabulations in practice. All that needs to be done is to delay pinning down (by bureaucratic means if necessary) the actual ballot tabulations.
(Does this interpretation sound accurate?)
Once certifications of a sufficient number of critical swing states is achieved, the next step is to cajole the Republican majorities in the swing state legislatures to appoint Republican electors to the college. If enough swing state legislatures do this, then Trump can win.
If any of the election certification delayed swing state legislatures fail to do this, at least so I heard, the Electoral College does not convene, and the election is thrown to the House, which has a state-by-state caucus majority. That majority can then re-elect trump.
On the down side, I heard about an hour ago on the local CBS radio affiliate that "President Elect Biden transition team" will receive national security briefings starting next week. I *hope* that this is just a pacification effort to the Biden camp and nothing more (but who knows).
