The source for that BS was the politically-connected Crowdstrike that did not forensic analysis and presented no evidence. Just a blog post where they claimed to "observer" Fancy Bear and whatever Bear inside the DNC server. Completely worthless as I pointed out here at that time (June 2016).

The real seditious/treasonous type activity is from the DNC itself.
Essentially, the left wing within the IC, and in this case specifically NSA, is “mirroring” and spoofing the ignorant masses, to hasten or sweep into power, left wing thugs.
Not so ironically however, in the immediate, Beijing, Moscow, and Tehran benefit the most from the corrupt left wing DNC conspiracy and power grab.
