The often problematic standing issue looks pretty good, they have a good legal argument under the rationale from Bush v. Gore, the facts should be there. The big question is the remedy. What can/will a judge so with this? And fast.

The judge can rule that the results of the election cannot be factually certification. The defects are impossible to remedy by coppunt, so the election is not certifiable. That means the election has failed and must go to the House of Represenmtatives for a by state vote. Republicans control 29 of the 50 state delegations.Each state gets one vote according to the Constitution.
