unlawfully is different than fraudulently.
unlawfully could be an otherwise lawful ballot that was received after the due date or accepted even though it didn’t meet certain criteria to be accepted or any number of other reasons.
The media is being deliberately obtuse.

I agree. I worry this is the number of ballots counted without observation.
In the past there has been no prosecution of election fraud by officials. The RINO’s have simply moved on. Hence we have this massive action this time from the democrat machine. They don’t worry about prosecution.
Especially since we can't keep this going for much longer. I hope others on this thread are correct.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure massive fraud occurred as it was telegraphed, but proving enough evidence of it in time to win the election is not going to be easy.

It's entirely possible that that's exactly what they're doing, and for whatever reason, it's just not yet being made public.
Or, they could be filing things "under seal", meaning no one gets to see it until after resolution of the case.
It's hard as hell to wait and wait and wait, but we've got to trust that this high-dollar, high-power legal team knows what they're doing. We'll know as soon as they're able (or allowed) to tell us.

Thing to do in that event is (1) Buy some earplugs, and/or (2) Avoid the Internet. Turn off the TV. Stay away from "friends" who spew negativity all day long.

Unless Barr himself appears on national tv to make some kind of an announcement regarding massive machine vote fraud, we're going to lose this battle. Our side must present a detailed list of proof of hundreds of thousands of votes being changed from Trump to Biden. Someone has to get up and explain in plain English where the data trail leads back to certain people with arrests being made.
Unfortunately, Barr has always been slow on the mark, and the Department of Justice is full of deep staters who will slow walk this to run out the clock.
A couple days ago President Trump tweeted that “WE ARE MAKING BIG PROGRESS. RESULTS START TO COME IN NEXT WEEK.”
I hear people say that a lot, and I know what you mean. However, at this time...I personally don’t really care.
Rudy fights. He fights like Trump. He isn’t afraid of not being invited to the cocktail parties.
We need people who will speak out and fight even if they are crossdressers (which someone referred to Giuliani as the other day) or a flake (Like Dr. Shiva who had done mathematical analysis which is pretty solid)
We don’t have the option of picking and choosing. This is a desperate time for our nation, and I am not being hyperbolic. The very being of our country depends on this. If this stands, the country is going to be finished as we have known it without armed conflict and bloodshed.

Trump has been telling us for over 6 months EXACTLY what would happen. We all knew the Rats would cheat with massive ballot-stuffing and machine manipulation.
I pray that Trump had some kind of plan put in place to catch these bastard red-handed and has not merely waited to react to the cheating.
