Before election day, Newsmax and OAN were just annoying flies on the Fox elephant's back. But something dramatic has happened: Newsmax's audience has BALLOONED. Final week of October, the channel averaged 65,000 viewers. Election week: 182,000. Monday: 347,000. Tuesday: 437,000. 7:55 AM · Nov 12, 2020·Twitter Web App

Both OAN and Newsmax are excellent.

No, there’s also Laura Ingraham, Judge Jeanine, Steve Hilton, Jesse Waters, and even Greg Gutfeld. But you can have Baier, Cavuto, Juan Williams, and Donna Brazile. Even Karl Rove seems to have redeemed himself with conservatives. Gutfeld’s opening monologue is always great, but his guests are not too interesting.

Its sort of sad, that even if you are conservative, if you choose to raise your children in a liberal cesspool like New York, they will grow up to be liberals.

It is a proven scientific fact that the people you children hang out with unfortunately have a greater impact on who they will become than you the parent. One simple way of demonstrating this is to look at the children of 1st generation immergrants. The children will speak perfect English with no accent, even though their parents which supposedly taught them how to speak, speak with heavy accents.

OANN covers the news in about one hour. During that hour, you’ll have no urge to throw something at the screen.

OANN is supposed to be free for the remainder of the year. If you have an Apple TV, you can get OANN for about $5 per month.

I downloaded the Pluto app on my iPhone and have access to OAN and NewsMax. I don’t have a smart TV or an internet connection other than cellular.

My TV does have an open HDMI port. If I pick up a lightning to HDMI adapter, I should be able to stream Pluto on my TV, correct?

“What are the pros & cons of OANN vs NewsMax?”

I have to say of both they are of Conservative bent. OANN can be annoying with their repetitive news programming, and send us off to Newsmax, which has more in depth interviews. OANN is constantly evolving, therefore we see their growth, and appreciate them all.

“...and now FOX News will truly be competing with CNN and MSNBC... and people who watch those stations HATE Fox News...”

************************************************************

FOX will have to suck very hard and very long to suck that crowd over to FOX. Here’s good strong sucking to you, FOX. Enjoy the suck.

I started watching NewsMax on election night, online. I then discovered that we have it on our Spectrum cable. I started watching it and found it refreshing compared to any other I have watched. Can’t introduce PlutoTV to our system because it would confuse my husband, but I do get OAN news via their website. It is good that we have options.

Gutfeld’s opening monologue is always great, but his guests are not too interesting.

I found that Gutfeld's Saturday show became a bit boring when they had to be in different locations. I think this type of a show really does need an audience for the guests to feed off of (energy wise). I wish they could get back together in the studio again.

The smartest thing OAN could do is hire Tucker Carlson. Give him whatever he wants, pay him whatever it takes, with his content they would take off like a rocket. And more people would cut the cord, denying CNN, Fox, Disney and the rest of their carriage fees. Direct hit to the bottom line.
