New Right Network has been following the developing circumstances of potential voter fraud in the 2020 US General Election. The software developed for the CIA, Hammer & Scorecard, is one of the notable concerns with irregularities in vote tabulations. There have been many irregularities, reports of secret ballot counting, “glitches,” and more. Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany stated last night on Hannity that they currently have 234 pages of sworn affidavits from one county, Wayne County Michigan. These are real people with notarized affidavits alleging that there “was a batch of ballots where 60% had the same signature, 35 ballots had no voter record but were counted anyway, 50 ballots were run multiple times through a tabulation machine.”
Along with these allegations, we are seeing many instances of votes seeming to “flip” from one candidate to another. A vote “flipping” or switching means that a number of votes in the count for one candidate disappears and that same number of votes appear for the opposing candidate simultaneously. Given what we know about how Hammer & Scorecard are designed to work, we could be seeing this software in action.
Dominion Voting Systems is one of three companies that provide the voting system hardware and software used by almost the entire country. Since implementing the use of digital voting machines, there has been major scrutiny into the security of these machines. The machines are susceptible to hacking by both foreign and domestic players. Despite these concerns, these machines are still used to capture and tabulate ballots cast in the United States.
Hammer is a software built by Dennis Montgomery for the CIA. Montgomery, now whistleblower, came forward with 47 hard drives of evidence alleging that under then-president Barak Obama

The American Taxpayer “invests” in The United States when he/she pays taxes.
The American Taxpayer can not spend every day watching this investment.
This is why we have elections.
Each American Taxpayer receives one vote to determine who will watch over their investment.
Somebody who rigs a voting machine wants to have more votes than one. They want to have more votes to determine who watches over these investments.
They devalue your vote.
They devalue you.
How does she know these votes were switched?
BTW, I am under the impression that Hammer (actually HAMR) is a computer monster and Scorecard is a foftware using the monster. The same monster can be utilized to enter data streams of monetary exchanges, world wide.
The person who rigs a voting machine steals your freedom.
He will determine how your investment is used.
The labor you did to earn the money that you invested in this country is stolen by the thief who stuffs a ballot box or rigs a voting machine.
The thief becomes your slavemaster.
You become a slave to the person who stuffs a ballot box or rigs a voting machine.

1. Complete deletion of any and all voter rolls.
2. Issue, at no cost, voter ID card with photo and chip.
3. Mail in ballot only for those in overseas military or government service, or with notarized documentation of medical condition that does not allow voting in person.
4. National day off for the election. Vote in person after showing ID and swiping Voter ID card to track who voted and where. Voting can be on any method that does not involve storage of vote data on a computer.
5. No acceptance of “found” votes unless there is a “chain of custody” explaining where the votes were found and why they were not turned in on time.
6. No counting of any votes until after the hard closing of acceptance of additional “found” votes.
7. Counting of votes to be recorded and live streamed.

I would suggest that a part of this problem is allowing government officials to keep their security clearances after leaving government employment. Peons like me had their clearance terminated on the last day of active duty but the O-7s, GS-14 and above get to keep theirs with a wink and a nod.
How does Software developed by the CIA for use in foreign countries get used in the United States.
How is it that software was purloined and who was the perp that managed to get it. Whoever that party is they’re in a world of hurt.
I just wonder if it could have been the former director of the CIA.Not that I’m claiming it is. I just wonder.

Obama/Brennan could simply declassify what they wish in order to move it to a commercial facility to use.
I look forward to some of the Dominion whistleblowers showing up in court or at state legislatures. I don’t know if the target time for that is before or after states certify the results. It’s a pain in the butt to keep waiting for good detailed info.
Can’t help wondering if Dominion Software was named after the baddies from Deep Space 9. Would seem very apropos...

Betting they sold the “Hammer” software to China.
China incorporated the code, and various backdoors, into voting software, sold to Dominion and other voting machine companies.
China then controls elections across the globe
