L Lin Wood said Trump is in the 2 tiered battle..... one aspect is to expose all the fraud for the courts to see, and the other aspect is to shift public opinion so that the courts will do the right thing...... So what if this guy is a Trump appointee, all the people saying Biden won are just as partisan.... This guy still has the ability to influence what people think..... Not everybody has to deliver the smoking gun, they can just add to the narrative
A lot of “lega” opinions on this thread by unknown private nobodies. I think the head of the FEC appointed by whoever’s statement has more weight than any any self-appointed naysayers name anonymous claiming otherwise.

Courts should decide based on evidence. Not public opinion. An intelligent public opinion should be swayed by evidence as well
