President of the Federal Election Commission Drops Bombshell: ‘This election is unconstitutional, the referendum has not been open, and this election is invalid.’

The Chief Electoral Officer of the Federal Election Commission made a Bombshell statement, saying that, from what he saw in Pennsylvania, and news that he had come from elsewhere in the world, this election was unconstitutional.

It’s very explosive news. The Chief Electoral Officer, Trey Trainor, has stated that, in his expert view, “the referendum has not been open” and “this election is invalid.”

He dropped the bomb on the liberal news media in Newsmax as he revealed that he claimed: “that there was election fraud in some areas.”

There is no valid justification at all to refuse observers’ access to the counting of ballots. Ipso facto, the counting of ballots would be “illegitimate.” It’s not just anyone’s making the announcement. Trey Trainor isn’t just a state election officer, he’s a federal officer.

And on top of that, he’s the chairman of the whole commission. Unlike the leftist media hackers who were in a rush to call state elections for the Democrats and the presidency for Biden, Trainor knows one or two about the fairness of the election.

Speaking to Newsmax, Chairman Trainor said, “After securing a court order that would allow Trump’s campaign to send observers to watch the counting of votes in Pennsylvania from six feet away, ‘the polling stations have not been allowed in a substantive way.'”

Trainor pointed out that “as observers were able to watch, the goalpost was pulled forward.” Simply put, “there was little accountability in the election.”

“Our whole political culture is focused on accountability in order to prevent the appearance of corruption,” says Trainor. “State law requires observers to be present. If the rule is not observed, this election is ‘illegitimate.'”

Trump’s team held a news conference on Saturday to make a major statement of its own.

They also announced that they will go to war over this in the courts. As Rudy Giuliani said, the media can’t determine who won the election — the judges do.

Chairman Trainor, an old Texas school gunslinger named by Trump, is with them all the way. What Team Trump says are “very credible charges,” he admits, which need to be “completely tested” by the legal system. He expects that the allegations are serious enough to “finish in the Supreme Court.”

“The legislature of a state can pick the electors, the election can be redone with safeguards in place. Certain precincts can be excluded from the total vote count.”

Only the first can be done. There are no “re-do” clauses in the Constitution and you can’t change the laws after the fact (ex post facto). The exclusion of certain precincts would violate the equal protection clause. Each state is an all or nothing. Likely the legislatures will need to step in, which is not unprecedented. I can see arguments even there, resulting in some states losing their EVs entirely.

We need a major overhaul; national voter ID for federal elections to prevent fraud (which states are welcome to use for state elections :) ), severe penalties for deliberate voter fraud, no absentee or mail-in - you vote where you live and nowhere else, but early voting should be okay with national ID.

Given that we do, literally, billions of secure transactions every day with no significant fraud (and this is MONEY we are talking about) related to the transaction mechanisms, we ought to be able to do a couple hundred million secure votes every couple of years. There is no excuse for this mess, and no other explanation than that it is deliberately flawed so it can be abused.

Anybody that opposes secure elections is compromised.

It’s ALL just rhetoric, until there is sufficient motivation for action. It is a necessary part of the war effort, even if it is sometimes cheap or sleazy. In this case, it is a person of authority going on record. Eventually there will be enough momentum that the MSM and other partisans can’t hide it.

It’s also time for the Hunter files to reemerge, even though they have no direct bearing on the election. They lend credibility to the claims of foreign interference.

Can you elaborate? I don't know about this raid
Thanks

You know, she’s worse then just an Anchor Baby...

It probably would be a good idea to amend the Constitution to tighten up the qualifications for the office of President. At least one generation of native-born American ancestry, and no residency outside the United states might be reasonable as requirements. It would certainly put an end to the Natural Born Citizen argument.

Well, if there is no prohibition, and since there is no "national election" doesn't that reserve the right back to the states?

The legislatures have the authority to decide how to remedy a fraudulent election. They should exercise that authority.

I expect legislatures in PA, MI, WS, GA and AZ to hurry into session next week in response to what is coming when the switching fraud and dropped votes fraud is exposed with proof. We might even see one or two demon rat states go into legislative session to addres the massive vote fraud of the dnc and deep operatives.

“Well, if there is no prohibition, and since there is no ‘national election’ doesn’t that reserve the right back to the states?”

And that is the fight that might remove some states from the board.

The only certain thing is that if the lawsuits look like they will continue past the safe harbor deadline, the state legislatures must act to see the EVs from their states counted.

The state authorities cannot legitimately certify a contested vote, and if they try, then those votes should not be accepted - but then the two chambers of Congress vote separately as to whether to uphold the objection and it must be upheld by both in order for those EVs to be excluded. Since the majority in each is different, no objections are going to be sustained without overwhelming proof. The state legislatures need to send competing slates if a SoS certifies (it might be a SoS plus governor or some different combination of officials) a contested vote.

All in all, it gets really messy, and in the end, it will be the state legislatures whose slates are counted from contested states.

If no candidate gets 270, because some states were excluded, it goes to the House to pick the President, at one vote per delegation (Rs win with 27+ R-led delegations) and the Senate to pick the VP by majority vote (Rs win just barely, with the caveat of no defections). It is conceivable that Mike Pence casts the deciding vote for VP.

Or we have a hot Civil War. Just sayin’.

“ the other aspect is to shift public opinion so that the courts will do the right thing......”

isn’t that backwards from how it should be?

Courts should decide based on evidence. Not public opinion. An intelligent public opinion should be swayed by evidence as well

The entire media and Democrat party, and a lot of Republican turncoats, and world leaders, and celebrities, are all shouting from the mountain tops that Biden is President.... And you think that has no influence over the courts?..... So, therefore, no need for Trump to do any PR, to counter this narrative?

You’re about as sharp as a ball of cotton

The Founding Fathers would never have believed that a nation-wide fraud could occur, so they never delegated that authority to anyone, or any agency.

I suspect our Founding Fathers considered the possibility. They designed in the recourse: Congress.

Unfortunately, I have doubts on whether our elected representatives have the backbone for hard decisions. I hope they recognize that the choice on America's near-term future has been made, and they cannot avoid the inevitable by surrendering. All that will do is make minor adjustments to the timing.

Nevermind - it was on Newsmax. Here is the interview:

https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/trey-trainor-fec-trump-2020-election/2020/11/06/id/995772/

What stuns me is that this isn’t bigger news - this was done 5 days ago, and the first that I (a self-admitted political junkie) heard about it. This guy is the Chairman of the FEC, and he outright says that there’s been fraud...is the corruption in the media THAT pervasive? Is this not a BIG deal?
