Lawyers in Heated Clash Over Integrity of Election in Detroit
The Associated Press via Newsmax ^ | November 10, 2020 | Unnatributed

An attorney urged a judge Wednesday to allow Detroit-area election officials to certify the Nov. 3 results, saying any halt would empower the "right-wing fire” trying to cast doubt on the outcome.

A lawsuit claims Republican challengers were removed from the TCF Center in Detroit while absentee ballots were being processed. The court filing also alleges that ballots were backdated, signatures on ballot envelopes weren't verified and other irregularities.

Attorney David Kallman wants a judge to order an audit of Detroit's vote and suspend any certification of election results by Wayne County until the work is done.

"There's plenty of evidence in our affidavits,” Kallman told Judge Timothy Kenny, chief judge, Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan.

The lawsuit is one of at least four in Michigan that have attacked the vote-counting process in Detroit, a Democratic city where Joe Biden easily defeated President Donald Trump. One of the lawsuits is pending in federal court.

An injunction would simply encourage the “right-wing fire,” David Fink, a lawyer for Detroit, told the judge. “It provides fuel to those who want to undermine our democracy by saying voting isn’t fair, voting isn’t honest. ... This was a clear, clean, open and fair election...”

...Kenny said he would make a decision by Friday.

“This was a clear, clean, open and fair election...”

In a ‘Rat Unicorn/rainbow world.

It’s obviously NOT clear.

Nor Clean.

Nor Open.

And then in conclusion obviously NOT Fair because of the above [not exclusive of other] defects.

The judge is a democrat hack.

Trump’s team knew they were going to have to go against Rat judges in Rat infested cities.

This will have to go to the Supreme Court on appeal. Which is why the Rats were so bummed out when Ginsberg croaked.

The judge can expect a call from Biden, asking him if he would like a Federal judgeship.

The lawsuit is available as a PDF here:

https://cdn.donaldjtrump.com/public-files/press_assets/1.-11-10-20-trump-v.-benson-w.d.-mich.-complaint-final.pdf

The affidavit is available as a PDF here:

https://roar-assets-auto.rbl.ms/documents/7487/3.%20EXHIBIT%201%20(affidavits)%20(compressed).pdf

The Secretary of State, who is the main official that Trump is suing, is a real piece of work, here is a short excerpt from her Wikipedia bio:

Prior to attending law school, Benson also lived in Montgomery, Alabama, where she worked for the Southern Poverty Law Center as an investigative journalist, researching white supremacist and neo-Nazi organizations. Benson has also worked as a summer associate for voting rights and election law for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and as a legal assistant to Nina Totenberg at National Public Radio.

As far as anything I’ve read Trump is not (yet) advancing any theories about the computer system. The Michigan lawsuit is about failing to follow Michigan State election law for observers.

...Kenny said he would make a decision by Friday.

"Judge" Kenny is slow walking a "no" answer.

The evidence is overwhelming and should be a quick "yes",

Which is why the judge is putting off his answer until Friday.

The [Michigan] Secretary of State, who is the main official that Trump is suing, is a real piece of work, here is a short excerpt from her Wikipedia bio:

Prior to attending law school, [Jocelyn] Benson also lived in Montgomery, Alabama, where she worked for the Southern Poverty Law Center [SPLC] as an investigative journalist, researching white supremacist and neo-Nazi organizations. Benson has also worked as a summer associate for voting rights and election law for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and as a legal assistant to Nina Totenberg at National Public Radio.

SPLC - Explains a lot, re her motives to persecute conservatives.
