Welcome to the 2020 Election Litigation Tracker, a joint project of Election Law at Ohio State and SCOTUSblog. During the 2020 election season, we will provide up-to-date information on major election law cases as they make their way through every level of the court system. Our goal is to serve as a resource on election law and administration for the general public, lawyers, educators, journalists and policymakers. You can read all of our previous election-related coverage here.

Excellent post, thank you!
thanks
Nice reference site. In looking at the cases, it is apparent Dims used lawfare to scream “Covid, Covid” for every instances where they wanted to flood the system with absentee ballots, and then claim the counting should be extended because there were so many ballots. I am glad to see that my county’s case about Drive-Thru voting is preceeding. It was a system totally made up by the Harris County clerk, who was also mass mailing unsolicited absentee ballot applications even after the Texas SC told him to stop.
BTTT!!!

Well done.
So none of these are ones filed AFTER election about voter fraud from the Trump team right?
All this crap from the left about Trump losing all these battles in the courts is not even referring to official lawsuits?
Did I get that right?
Bump for later reading
Well this page has been disappointing.
