“....Conceal carry, mace, a mask and a hazmat suit...”

Need to be careful with the conceal carry and mace.
A lot of those communist states do NOT recognize/honor out-of-state conceal carry permits at all and have outlawed mace, pepper spray, certain knives, etc. IF you’re caught, you could potentially be going to jail for a long time.
KNOW the laws for the states you’re traveling thru as well as what states that will honor your conceal carry....don’t ask me how I know this.

What is your final destination?

Boston Logan is not your only airport option if you really want to fly. Check out Hartford, CT. Manchester, NH.(MHT) Worchester, MA. Providence, RI , Portsmouth, NH all have airports and are a lot easier to get in and out of.

There are current restrictions on flying into MA from certain states. I believe you are supposed to quarantine for 14 days.

Wear a Che shirt, an antifa mask and an 8645 hat. You’ll be fine.

Correct. I recall reading, maybe a decade ago, about a Maine resident who drove down for a baseball game and ended up being arrested for having an empty shell casing rolling around the floor of his truck after he was pulled over for speeding or something. Maine is a constitutional-carry State, while Massachusetts is the farthest possible opposite of a constitutional-carry State. Massachusetts honors no out-of-State carry permits, period. Massachusetts has a strict “assault weapons” ban, you can’t even get a featureless AR like you can in California, and there is a registry, every gun you buy is registered with the state at point-of-sale. It takes months of waiting and hundreds of dollars also with state-mandated classes to apply for a carry permit or FID, which doubles as your permit to buy firearms. A few years ago they removed the requirement to have an FID to own pepper spray but I don’t know how that applies to non-residents. Knife laws are utterly Byzantine and unclear and seemingly designed to entrap.

Oh, and our state legislature is working to enshrine partial-birth abortion and after-birth abortion (via denial of care for survivors) as we speak.

Are you SURE you want to come here?

I totally agree but will not comply. Concealed carry is the default in my house, regardless of commie law.

Driving is no problem, no questions.

You just need a mask in the rest stops.

Get on I-495 and set the cruise control. Refuel and pee in New Hampster.

If that route doesn’t come anywhere near where you want...pick a nice state to visit.

I’m out in the woods in Massachusetts right now. Walking the dog with my “Sore Loserman 2000” shirt on. It is an absolutely beautiful day. Lower 70s with leaves falling like slow rain.

Few people are wearing masks, and nobody says anything about. It’s just general resignation mostly.

I have generally gone without a mask for some months. I do try to be respectful of store policies so I do sometimes wear a mask in MA. But usually not.

What I have observed is that most people in my area have been diligent about wearing their little mask of shame.
Then Charlie Baker stepped it up and really made it mandatory after the election.
And since then I have noticed a significant increase in people NOT wearing masks. I think a lot of people are basically giving Charlie the finger.

I like the trend.

Don’t panic if you get pulled over by Mass Staties. They may look like GESTAPO in their winter uniforms, but they’re really teddy bears.

It seems you didn’t get good info about flying into Logan.

You may want to check FlyerTalk or some other website for better info about going through Logan.

I don’t do the planes after many decade. The 15 hour drive with few stops until the Pennsylvania border works well. Avoiding NJ, NY and CT is good.
