In some states that wouldn’t be the case, but not PA. I don’t think there are exceptions for military Absentee Ballots.

“The PA legislature said ballots must be RECEIVED by E-Day, not just postmarked. Democrats in PA extended it for 3 days, contrary to the law.” Here’s a video where the Fox infobabe gets knocked down a peg or two, and it’s delicious. The snotty look on her face when she gets educated is cool.

I was referring specifically to the postmark question. Though if these were also late, that is a different issue.

In the 2000 FL dispute, Gore’s campaign tried to block military ballots from being counted because they lacked postmarks, even though they had arrived on time.
