From the article:State officials estimate that about 61,500 ballots remain left to count.About 31,000 of those are in Maricopa County. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said earlier Monday that about 75,000 to 80,000 votes still needed counting.

Trump is down by 14,476 votes, according to the article. So he needs about 60% of those 61,500. That number has not changed in several days. It looks like The Donald will get close enough for a recount.
