As I said, there is no automatic recount law in Wisconsin.

If the margin in less than 1%, either side may request a recount. If the margin is greater than 0.25% then the requestor must pay the costs of the recount.

Some states have laws where recounts occur automatically if the margin is below a certain percentage. Wisconsin does not.
