Braynard said that the effort includes contacting these people via phone and text to inquire about whether they did cast such a ballot — and he noted that they have already found people who conveyed that they did not cast it. He said that if the individuals will sign an affidavit, "that becomes something actionable."
Braynard's significant undertaking targets a number of states and also involves attempting to contact large numbers of people, like the thousands of Republicans in the state of Georgia who requested an absentee ballot that the Peach State indicated did not get returned.
He said that if a large number of those people say that they did return a ballot and they sign affidavits, "that raises a very big red flag" that could be utilized in court.

They may have requested an absentee ballot and then voted in
person on election day thus the ballot wouldn’t be returned.

You are right and there are certainly anomalies in the ballot tally that ALWAYS benefited Biden. A few thousand here and a few thousand there and it adds up fast.
However, the other massive fraud in this election were the mail-in ballots that were not viewed by poll watchers. They deliberately kept anyone from viewing them, accepted ballots as legal when they were illegal according to state law (after 8pm), and there is now no way to verify them.
These two areas are where victory is found.
That is NOT to say that we should not continue to investigate the voting dead and out of state voters who were not eligible. In Nevada and Arizona this appears to be enough to impact the election. In Michigan and in Pennsylvania a lot of dead voted. Graham talked about ballot harvesting in Pennsylvania and that is also illegal under state law.
However, the Trump campaign needs to continue to point out the abnormal data swings that all benefited Biden. They need to focus their message and in many states the dead are just a distraction.
The Trump campaign also needs to point out other things such as Trump handily won 9 of the 10 bellweather counties, the GOP gained seats in congress, swing states without blue cities that prevented poll watching were won by Trump (Ohio and Florida), and ballot verification numbers.
This is a FEDERAL election... the Supreme Court will have to get involved eventually.

You are correct but is it just a token action? I don’t know but consider that the last vote related “decision” led to the mess that PA and other states are in today.
The USSC is intensely political and ACB is under big pressure not to look like she’s there to protect Trump. We’ll see.

True in theory, but justices are also mindful of their legacies and how they will be judged by history, not to mention personal considerations. DC is an unforgiving place.
