Several top state attorneys are backing President Trump’s legal action that challenges the results of Pennsylvania’s vote count. On Monday, attorneys general from 10 states filed a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court urging justices to take up the case.

“As such, we believe that the voting system be free of outside undue influence and that irregularities in the process should be completely vetted, so that the American people can have faith in their system of electing officials,” stated Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.

This fraud cannot stand! Throw out the illegal votes or have a re-vote.

Every red state needs to sue these blue state thieves. They have disenfranchised the rest of the country

Everyone knows it was stolen. The question is what will the lawyers, judges and their weasel wording do with the evidence? These crimes are so egregious that they almost defy belief here in America. Legal eagles will twist themselves into pretzels in an effort to dismiss these outright criminal acts. JMHO.

Isn’t it amazing that nobody on the left is contesting any of THEIR losses? Gee, I wonder why that is.

yesterday was a bad day for the cheating side. but today....hard to say. i have heard from a lot of establishment types and they believe that the lawsuits are just going to be quickly dispensed with, and that Trump is actively looking for a “deal”.

I have no idea.

But it sickens me to think that any sort of “deal” is doable here, because if the left wins here, that means we are done with elections forever and we just have to take whatever crumbs Zuckerberg allows us to have

Deal? What the Democrats are offering: Maybe not cheat on the two open Senate seats. This is what they are likely offering. If worse comes to wear they can throw in a couple more congressional seats (without the cheating repubs would have taken the house).

The offer above would make the RINOs happy.

Because an AG of a state thousands of miles from PA has standing. Not.

all AGs do have standing because we are a union of states and election laws/procedures in one affect others

“Isn’t it amazing that nobody on the left is contesting any of THEIR losses?”

Thought provoking. Guess they want as little investigating as possible.

“They have disenfranchised the rest of the country.”

This is THE important point. It is not a “state” issue.

No. The Constitution provides the state legislature with the authority over the choice of electors. The AG of, say Utah, has no say over what PA does. This is suit that will be tossed out in a second.

We are either 50 states or we are not.

The AG’s didn’t file the suit. Team Trump did.

And they were found to be “friends of the court.” They had no standing to bring suit.

There is no equal protection— the states specifically have rights to do whatever they want, independently of other states. If a State
Legislators wanted to award votes based on the candidates running a ninja course they could.

And no other states can do F all about it.

This fraud cannot stand! Throw out the illegal votes or have a re-vote.

I would have a revote on the states that are contested and there will have to vote in person at the precinct that you are assigned.

i would ordinarily think that there is no case law precedent for the size and scope of the election fraud... however, not a lawyer... they could boot it to the legislatures...
