Joe Biden’s team is considering legal action over the ongoing refusal to grant the president-elect a formal transition into the White House, according to reports.

Amid President Trump’s refusal to concede the election, the federal agency needed to greenlight his transition has also held back from declaring him the victor — a move usually made within 24-hours.

I don't think, even now, that Biden is running the show. The people who have been propping him up during the campaign are behind this. They want to push the narrative that he is the president elect, even going to the extent of setting up an office named the "office of the president elect" like Obama did. There is no such thing. All smoke and mirrors.

It wasn't valid back then and it's not valid now.

There are recounts, audits, court cases and challenges of the existing count going on yet in multiple states.

Nobody is president elect, even if Trump doesn't concede. Threats of suing to get your way will get you laughed out of court right now. But go ahead and try and make fools of yourselves.

How many states have certified their ballots? Heck, some are still counting.
