Cindy McCain, the widow of Republican Sen. John McCain, is joining the board of Joe Biden’s presidential transition team, according to a report on Monday.
As a member of the advisory board, McCain will offer her input while the Democrat’s team turns his campaign promises into policies that can be enacted once he takes office, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The GOPer — whose late husband served as Arizona senator and party stalwart for more than 30 years before dying of cancer in 2018 — is expected to advise the team on issues affecting women and children, the report said.

Cindy McCain has been associated with Child Rescue Coalition for many years, during which child trafficking grew at an alarming rate. Trump took office and arrests for child trafficking exploded. Never saw any stories about McCain giving him any credit.
She had previously stated her fear that her backstabbing support for Biden might hurt her son’s budding political career in the Republican Party. Please follow what office he runs for so we can contribute to his opponent.
She should just admit that she became a Democrat out of spite and self advancement. It’s one think to hate Trump so much you will vote Democrat, now she is on board with the whole agenda.
A few years ago, I claimed that John McCain’s problem with being conservative was his WIFE.
I stated she was a flaming liberal.
A long time poster scolded me for saying that because “I was not in in the voting booth with her, so how did I know.”
I never forgot that reply from the ltp, But I felt I had to defend myself by saying it was IMHO.
Still I never address THAT poster.
