Take them down. Then immediately put them back up. The deprivation of rights has then occurred and she can be sued and prosecuted for the offense.

Nessel is a prosecutor.

The Supreme Court has ruled they have absolute immunity from being sued for deprivation of rights, if it is part of a prosecution.
