The point of this announcement is THAT HE MADE THE ISSUE OF FRAUD IN A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT !!!

The obvious answer is usually correct.
The obvious answer in this case is the attempted coup was sloppy at the start, and became completely inept when it started to become apparent that the people behind it would have to supply WAY more fake votes than they ever counted on needing.
In other words, this is a no-brainer as far as cheating goes.

Bingo! Rudy said in an interview yesterday that the level of fraud necessary by the dems was more than they could reasonably hide, but since they are desperate they went for it anyway knowing the media would back them.
Now the real fun begins.
