Donald Trump’s refusal to concede sparks transition sabotage fears
The Guardian ^ | Nov 9, 2020 | Tom McCarthy

Donald Trump’s refusal to acknowledge his loss in the 2020 election has fed concerns that the presidential transition would be sabotaged, as a Trump appointee refused to sign off on funding for the transition and the Trump campaign announced an expanded legal strategy in a quest to reverse the election result....

Trump’s legal strategy has gained zero traction so far, with judges throwing cases out of court for lack of evidence, and there was no indication that any new strategy would fare any differently. The Trump campaign has set up a “voter fraud hotline”, but instead of hot tips, aides taking phone calls and emails have been subjected to a barrage of pranks from “lefty teenagers” and received “disturbing unsolicited adult images,” Axios said.....

That lawsuit was for “’meaningful access’ for campaign poll watchers to the counting of state ballots”. The “watching the vote counters” ship has sailed.

Your referenced lawsuit has nothing to do with challenging final election results. This ballot counting lawsuit was also decided by a Michigan judge, not a federal elections judge.

The beauty of this decision is that it is proof that Team Trump was denied access to vote counting. This would then be evidence for a federal civil rights case as Republican poll watchers have equal rights as with Democrat watchers in federal elections.

I do not think Judge Cynthia Stephens was looking at the big picture. If she had allowed Republicans to be a part of vote count watching that late in the game, the results would likely have been the same and there would have been little to no visual evidence for a poll watcher to find in the final hours. Thus her decision could not be used as evidence. This judge FU’d badly.

Obama did it to Trump, and Clinton did it to Bush.

Trump hasn't done anything yet, but the Democrats are already accusing him of what they have done themselves.

Clinton refused to release transition funds to Bush until the Supreme Court stopped the count.

He can order them to be released but the Deep State is unlikely to obey him.
