Researchers have questioned the reliability of new voting machines that state and local officials have rushed to implement at their polling locations ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
“Some of the most popular ballot-marking machines, made by Election Systems & Software and Dominion Voting Systems, register votes in bar codes that the human eye cannot decipher,” according to a February report by Associated Press.
But according to researchers, that’s a problem, as “voters could end up with printouts that accurately spell out the names of the candidates they picked, but, because of a hack, the bar codes do not reflect those choices.”

Anybody with half or less of a brain knows that there’s fraud. Even Byedone said it in front of everyone in the world how they have the best voter fraud operating going. How much more do you need to know?
Do I, as a red voter in a red state, have a right to a recount of my county to see if my vote was changed from Trump to Biden? There’s talk that in Florida, Biden did historic numbers in RED counties, leading to suspicion this software was converting red to blue in small amounts, to inflate Biden’s statewide totals and minimize Trump’s. If we could prove this, the entire election farce would collapse. All those votes would go back to Trump nationwide, and we’d have the blowout we knew was coming.

No we don't question the reliability. We demand the scalps of the programmers who wrote the software to jigger the vote, the folks who hired them to do it, the supervisors who let them install the software and the behind guys who set up the whole scam.
Unreliability does not randomly shift 6,000 votes from one person to another. If it is a random hardware error then the faults would be distributed equally among all candidates. If it was a read error, one candidates vote would be decremented and the total votes would be less than the number of ballots submitted.
No machine behaves this way unless it was designed to accomplish a fraudulent intent.

Therein lies the problem, as that is not how the software functions. Ballots are counted then - prior to data results being output - the data is washed with software...software which is held as “secret” by the developers.
Even an audit cannot reveal the true scope of the problem.
Not a “recount”, but a manual count in conjunction with validation of ballots, especially in states which award electors on the basis of popular vote.
The matter of the voting machines and the software which tabulates paper ballots will never be resolved without a lengthy court case, legislative action, Constitutional amendment, executive order or a combination of all 4 and - at this time - will not occur EVER unless Trump is awarded electors in the contested states by their Republican legislatures.
At the local/state level, you have an uphill battle to remove easily-manipulated software from elections, but it’s a battle worth engaging.

I don't know, but you should consider filing suit in order to gain legal access to the machines.
Then, run a batch of ballots, say 1000, that have been carefully created so that all combinations of votes are covered. (It's been a long time since I took Statistics and 1000 might not be enough.) Count these ballots by hand over and over until the proper counts are absolutely known. Then, run the ballots through all machines in your county.
If each and every machine doesn't count the ballots EXACTLY correct, then proceed from there. It doesn't prove fraud, but it would prove the machine counts can't be trusted.
BTW, this would have to be done with Democrats invited to watch, but make videos of everything.
