I have a lot more hope than if rbg didn’t die

Don't understand this. It sounds backwards. You have more hope if RBG did not die? More hope for what? Do you realize there are 3 justices who were Republican attorneys involved in the Bush v Gore recount?
They got involved in 2000 because the Florida Supreme Court decided to re-write election law. The same thing happened in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court re-wrote election law. Plain and simple.
SCOTUS can easily get involved in regards to Article I Section 4 violations as well as Article II Section 1 clause 2 and 3 violations or orders.
Does not happen much but is very explicit if violations are egregious.
MY hope is not that the SCOTUS renders a Cesare-like thumbs-up or thumbs-down descension to the election. That’s not where our victory will be.
The victory will be obtained I hope through the re-canvasing and recounting to remove all the illegal and ineligible votes.
The SCOTUS doesn’t have to direct the outcome to these, they just need to ensure that the fair redressing of this is done.
