It’s up to the supreme court now and if Trump wins based on their decisions, the violent left will be apoplectic. Hopefully that won’t affect the SC’s decision making, “for the good of the nation”.
Actually, this is not really “up to the Supreme Court”.
It is up to the state legislatures of MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ under Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution.
Fortunately for us they are Republican legislatures—both houses.
And—again fortunately for us—there is one vote per total state delegation in Congress under that same Constitutional provision—and Republicans have the votes there as well.
