If Trump did actually ever plan to release it all (not just “declassify”), he shouldn’t make a big production and build up a tick-tock-teaser out of it. Just dump it all out on tables for whatever interested media to pick up at the same time as it’s announced.

To be fair, though, Trump has never said he was going to make the the docs public. He just said he declassified them.
