Yep Trump ordered Barr to do it 6 months ago and he did nothing. Now they have no reason to follow his directions.
Trump was elected to be “captain of the ship.”
He sends the message down to the engine room: “Full speed ahead, 30 degree right turn.”
They just ignore him, and slow down and turn left.
What can the captain do? Go down there with a pistol?
