Heh. So true. It's part of the human condition. I'm highly optimistic, for reasons that are complicated and that I don;t fully understand. Trump wins on the law, but then, our institutions have shown they are lawless, dishonest, and corrupt.

There is a reason Trump went after them media from day one. The revolution has been underway for decades. It's reached a climatic moment.

Unlike books and Hollywood, the good guys don’t always triumph in the end. I’m constantly reminded that we’ve lived through a period of peace for quite a long time while the majority of human history has been punctuated by suffering.

What has me highly concerned are the number of people who are just woefully ignorant of how elections work in this country and how many people are frothing at the mouth for Trump to be “dragged from the WH kicking and screaming like a child” while the evidence points to exceptional cheating on the part of the Dems. Confirmation bias indeed.
