It’s confusing to hear reporters & others claim “You have to have hard evidence before you make accusations” about improprieties in the 2020 election.
There is hard evidence that in several cities with peculiar vote counts, the observers were blocked from fully observing through the full time of the ballot processing.
This explicitly blocks findings, and is like shredding all the files after you’ve been subpoenaed, regardless of their actual content, and is a crime.

I have been handed ten million votes for Trump in each of the 50 states, for a total of 500 million additional votes. As the ballots were more than I can handle I had to destroy them, but I carefully counted and recorded them. I know that it wasn't exactly my responsibility to do this, but the important thing is that:
1) Every vote should count!
2) It is ridiculous irrational and absurd to question my count without hard evidence.
