10 points addressing why you don't "have to have hard evidence" before making voter fraud allegations SHARYL ATTKISSON

It’s confusing to hear reporters “You have to have hard evidence before you make accusations” about improprieties in the 2020 election.

That’s untrue. Here are ten relevant points.

1. Accusations are made all the time, spurring investigations that may or may not turn up hard evidence.

2 Evidence doesn’t walk up, knock on your door, and present itself.

3 Those guilty of malfeasance or crimes tend to try to hide their acts.

4. Some evidence can only be gathered if the accusers are granted access to it.

5 Lack of evidence in hand is not proof that no crime occurred.

6 It’s reasonable and important to ask the questions and investigate.

7 Claiming it’s irrational to even ask the question only generates more suspicion.

7 Fraud doesn’t have to be “widespread” to make a difference.

8 Those who claim there was “no fraud” are making that statement without evidence. It’s impossible for anyone to know.

9 Ultimately, if no convincing evidence is presented, no charges will be filed and the question will have been answered.

10 There was a time not long ago when reporters would search for evidence, firsthand, rather than demand someone give it to them.

There’s no dispute there were, at the very least, errors involving many thousands of ballots in the 2020 race.

Considering the facts that have been revealed over the past four years, it would be irrational not to ask questions and suspect that bad actors would continue to do all they can to negatively impact President Trump.

Thorough investigations will flag improprieties, if any occurred, by either side.

It is not wrong for both sides to fight for every legal vote. Allowing the process to be thoroughly fleshed out, will allow for greater confidence in the final result during a very divisive time.

One good thing happening through all this, we are able to see clearly who is on our side and who is not.

Anyone member of the GOP proclaiming Biden the winner at this point are suspect.

Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie ...

They can't seem to help themselves.

The FBI loves to gather and sit on piles of evidence, going back to J. Edgar Hoover and even Hillary Clinton’s 1000 FBI files in her bedroom closet. Makes for good blackmail. The little people get prosecuted, the powerful just get coerced.

Just ask Joe Frazier! He voted even though he has been dead since 2011.

Seems that some questions about the cause of the blue graph "glitches" in the battleground states might be asked.

For three years they investigated Russia, Russia, Russia - without evidence.

You don’t have to show “hard evidence” to anyone but a court of law. The media can go suck an egg.

Seems like the OJ trial. Lots of evidence pointing to wrong doing but the jury looked the other way.
Same here en masse

11 How can it be anything but evidence for fraud when the leader of the party who claims he wants to the ‘president of ALL Americans’ has no interest in presenting a case that shows he won the election cleanly and squarely. In fact, shouldn’t he be the one who wants to make that point the strongest and most clearly? How can he be the president of ALL Americans when half of them believe he is attempting to steal it?

One side hiding the data and the process from the other side and denying legally mandated access is prima facie fraud.

I agree. The Dominion software must be thoroughly checked, and track the votes that went through it.

Probable cause is for the defense, in this case Biden, or no?

GEEZUS...Haven't you plebs learned how the world works?

If you're a Dem, then the rules don't apply to you. You can have an insecure server in your basement and wipe everything with bleech-bit after being issued a subpoena and nothing will happen to you. You can plot a coup and spy on a presidential candidate and then turn around and blame him for collusion with Russia and you will be free as a bird.

But if you're Trump and you're trying to prove election fraud in 2020, you had better have it all captured on video or you can forget it. Hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots marked only for Biden, which is a statistical impossibility? nope. Not good enough proof...

Probable Cause

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/probable_cause

Probable cause is a requirement found in the Fourth Amendment that must usually be met before police make an arrest, conduct a search, or receive a warrant. Courts usually find probable cause when there is a reasonable basis for believing that a crime may have been committed (for an arrest) or when evidence of the crime is present in the place to be searched (for a search).

Indeed, sometimes hard evidence only comes with search warrants and subpoenas.

The appearance of wrongdoing or the credible reporting of wrongdoing is what leads to hard evidence if in fact wrongdoing has occurred. It is far too early to claim there is no evidence. It certainly appears that crimes have been committed. If serious and honest investigation leads to the fact that behind each and every Biden ballot is an individual living honest citizen, then we owe Biden and his voters a big apology.

So my question is, if this all honest and above board why aren’t the democrats screaming to have this proven to the rest of us who are about ready to grab our flags, fifes and drums and march on our state capitols to ride these corrupt officials out of the state on rails, before we head to Washington with our tar and feathers?

The socialists have proven to be lying rats, plus the trust of the post office and voting system is going to tank.

Thanks for sharing this. I’m sick of Fox anchors saying ‘if there’s systemic fraud, evidence must be presented...but I’m not seeing this’. Sent tweets to Bret Baier and Jedediah Bila to open their eyes & minds and they’ll see fraud.
