The courts are not going to have the fortitude to throw out all of the compromised ballots in even one of these states, much less each of them.
Democrats in 4 cities and adjacent areas blatantly violated the laws, above and beyond the whole ‘mail-out to unverified recipients’ actions.
And Republicans controls the legislature.
all dc knows each other especially at that level.
Sounds good to me. If they invalidate the votes after the date, that is about 130,000 ballots

The Dems had to respond by 2pm todayto the SC request to segregate the ballots that arrived after 11/3 8pm.
I have to believe that if they do not (and it is also my guess that they can’t as the ballots were likely commingled), then to put it mildly, it will have a dramatic effect on the current outcome in PA.
They will either have to:
1) Have a new election in PA, or
2) Turn it over to the PA legislature.
I don’t see an alternative going forward with things as they are.

The key words aren’t the ones in yellow highlight; they’re Alito saying that the court wasn’t aware (and was therefore surprised) that the October 28 order had been changed and that the Secretary as of the time of the order wasn’t able to say that the counties were segregating as the order supposedly told them to do. If she couldn’t attest to that yesterday, it’s hard to see how she could attest to it now.
This is actually *very* interesting language.

There are whistleblower postal workers claiming they were ordered to back date postmarks for ballots brought in after Nov 3.

... which is why we always have to read the actual language of these orders. The mainstream outlets can’t even get the deadline right; they keep saying “after Election Day,” but it’s not after Election Day, it’s *after 8 pm on Election Day.” If the statute prevails, and it very well may, any ballot that came in after 8 pm election night is not a valid ballot.
Remember the “red mirage” talking point about how Trump would lead on Election Day and lose afterwards? Dems had it all set up.
And if I understood Giuliani at that presser correctly, he’s alleging that Pubblie election observers never got a look at even a single mail in ballot.
If that’s the case, seems to me the ‘Rats are screwed.
