The law in pennsylvania states the popular vote determines, per the penn senate pres. It was done to specifically prevent that. (and keep the machine happy)

You might want to re-read Article 2 Section 1 Paragraph 2: “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”
That’s illegal.

Has any election result of any state been certified by their Secretary of State yet? A biased media has no authority to proclaim winners and losers.

Under 52 US Code Section 20511 (Federal Elections Fraud Law) and 18 US Code Section 242 (Federal Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law - in this case the Right to a free and fair election) President Trump would have had fully delineated Congressional authority under existing Federal Law to have done so. He was duty-bound to have done so, yet didn’t.
He needs the evidence of that first.

The “evidence” in terms of the mass mailed ballots is simple - per Article 1 Section 4 of the US Constitution the power to determine the manner and places of elections within a State is granted exclusively to the Legislature of that State - not the Governor. The state level EO’s for mail in ballots therefore clearly violated the US Constitution.
The evidence of Deprivation of Rights comes in the form of elections officials actively blocking designated GOP poll watchers during the election and observers during the ballot counting process.

didn’t Trump appoint Pence after 2016 election to head a committee or something on voter fraud?
The Legislature is at liberty to direct the appointments. Seems to me that they can call for new appointments at will.

If Biden is put in office, at least Barr’s and Durham’s failure/refusal to root out corruption within the DOJ/FBI will likely get them what’s coming to them from the Dem’s revenge.
