The Trump campaign and Republican National Committee joined a lawsuit filed by a conservative legal group against Maricopa County officials in Arizona on behalf of a woman who says her ballot was rejected because she was given a Sharpie-brand felt tip pen to fill it out.
The motion was filed Wednesday, according to Phoenix NBC network affiliate KPNX, to join the case filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation for Laurie Aguilera.
The Arizona Democratic Party also joined the suit, permitted to intervene on behalf of the defendants, Maricopa County and its Board of Supervisors.
The issue erupted Tuesday during the election when several people posted to Twitter and other social media platforms that their ballots were rejected because of the use of the Sharpie. Maricopa County elections officials countered by posting that Sharpie felt tip markers were preferred because they used fast-drying ink and did not smudge...

Not only will his countenance grace Mount Rushmore, but praises, tributes, statues, and monuments of him will grace every American city, and he will receive--and deserve--the eternal gratitude of all honest, benevolent people everywhere and for all time.
Recount all of these states...with DOJ people at the place where they count.
This way they don’t have to go far to arrest people :)
May I suggest “MAGA News Network” as its name? MAGANN
We need to find a fool-proof voter ID system, or all state/national elections are going to become an absolute farce like this one.
Both of you are on track.
Be calm. Trump will win.
After 10 days the DOJ will be involved as well. Fraud discovery manpower. They never thought Trump would generate over 70 Million votes.
I was listening to the Bannon podcast this morning and they were interviewing people who were there. One woman said they were confiscating ballpoint pens and giving them sharpies. She refused and they had to leave her alone. Out and out fraud.
I thought this Sharpie matter had been cleared up. The head of elections in Maricopa Co. explained that black Sharpies were actually preferred because the ink dried quickly and was read reliably by the ballot-reading device. But what if the ink soaked thru, as Sharpies tend to do? No problem: the ballots are printed so that the areas to be marked are offset, front to back, so any soak-thru would be ignored because it would be in a non-read spot. And I heard a voter say that she used a Sharpie and her ballot was read perfectly. The ballot-reading device even pointed out that she had voted for two candidates in one race and did she want to correct the mistake. But then a number of Facebookers have claimed their ballots were rejected . . . Is it possible they had already voted by mail or absentee? There’s all sorts of weird stuff going on. Our elections have become so corrupted . . .
Newsmax TV hints at good news from Arizona Momentarily.
Lets not go over the edge here.
They need to start talking about serious prison time for anyone caught who committed voter fraud. Scare the absolute p*ss out of a few of them. Then someone will come forward and the first one gets the best deal.
Time for peaceful measures to fight the evil liberals. Sadly, it seems we will all just surrender.
Calling him the greatest ever is absurd to me. We have a few who definitely are better, including the fact theyd manage to get elected again. Trump cuts it too close even if he does actually win after finding any fraud. He didnt win many friends which would allow the landslide so many predicted here. Which I knew would never happen.
With considerable matters of substance to be considered, they’re signing on to the Sharpie Plot? I really hope this is fake news.
