The state legislatures of North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan need to order it. All 5 are controlled by Republicans.

For that matter, Republicans control the Arizona legislature too and should order it there too.

Software something you want it to do here in Ca even the media had to show video of a voter used a cell phone to copy her vote and the machine changed her vote from republican to democrat in a 2018 election.
