The Senate has a vote scheduled for Monday for one District judge.
There are another 32 District judges awaiting Senate action.
Thomas Kirsch still needs to be formally nominated to the 7th Circuit vacancy opened up by Justice Barrett's elevation.
No word yet on a nominee for the 1st Circuit vacancy.
What good were all those “conservative” judges this week?
