About time. They should have prevented this debacle. I understand that the repubics have control of both houses there.

Too busy gorging themselves, feeding at the slop trough. Didn't notice Farmer Joe coming in behind them with his stun gun.

Judge Alito has just ordered PA to segregate all mail in ballots received after 8PM on Tuesday.

Their constitutional duty is clear. I hope they man up.

The legislature has subpoena power and can hire its own investigators.

1. suspicion leads to investigation.

2. investigation leads to evidence (maybe) (we’ll see).

3. evidence leads to “remedy.”

The legislature can decide for itself the level of evidence. Could be “the weight of the evidence,” as opposed to “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Assuming they find sufficient evidence that the election wasn’t conducted accorded to law, they can and should assert their power to appoint Electors.

Hopefully, we win GA, NC and AZ, and steal back PA. (Michigan is also a steal back possibility.)

Even if we don’t win the other states, by stealing back at least PA we will leave Biden’s election marked by vote fraud in the history books.

Can the Democrat Governor veto the Republican initiative?

Nope. The power to choose electors is vested in the legislature not the Governor.

I’m not so sure about the Governor not being able to give the audit idea a thumbs down. Your logic based on legislative control of elections is correct but I found the following in another news report on the “audit”:

HARRISBURG — Top Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature on Friday called for Gov. Tom Wolf to launch an immediate audit of the 2020 election, citing among other things the “unprecedented” 105,000 provisional ballots that were issued.

He got elected because the Republican party in Pennsylvania backed a third-rate politician who owned a garbage collection business. He had no college degree. He was a disaster in debates with Wolf.

This is typical of the Party in Pennsylvania. They dig up the most pathetic candidates for governor. They almost throw up their hands and concede the governorship to Democrats who outnumber Republicans two-to-one. Maybe after this election, that will change. There have to be a lot of infuriated Pennsylvanians watching the corruption of the Democrat machines in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Every other county in the state voted for Trump. It wasn’t even close.

Republicans control both chambers in WI, MI, PA, NC, GA, AZ.

They must refuse to certify a stolen election and must certify only the real winners.

Yeah and Trump made a big mistake when he was campaigning in Pennsylvania and claimed we have $1.90 a gallon gas thanks to him. We haven’t gas that cheap here in decades. I pay $2.59 a gallon for regular and most of that is a tax.

Same way they found 1M votes for Biden in 1 day. You can steal things statewide a lot easier than multiple district races. Philly isn’t in all those districts. So PA and Wis and Minn and MI and looking like GA now will always have dems win statewide elections

I'm guessing it was an outsize vote from Philadelphia.
