Democrats Partly Blame 'Defund the Police' For Election Debacle
pjmedia.com ^ | Nov 6 2020 | Rick Moran

It really was a no-brainer. Democrats all over the country embraced the idea of “defunding the police” in its various guises and many of them lost their races.

What’s really all that hard to figure out?

Most Americans support the police. They are concerned about some of what they see from cops but overall, they know that a few bad police officers should not condemn the entire law enforcement community.

So when calls go up to defund the police in the midst of a violent crime wave not seen in more than 20 years, the voters’ reaction was entirely predictable.

The way things look now the party of Defund the Police, Anarchy and Antifa has prevailed. I find it extremely hard to believe that Sleepy Joe Biden got the most votes in American history. Crime certainly does pay for Democrats. There will be more hate and mayhem to come from Biden/Harris supporters. They have been emboldened. You can take that to the bank.

Yep, they can do as they damn well please and nothing will be done about it. They have the backing of the entire system. We are too comfy, we won’t fight and they know it.

Too many American voters are idiots.

I believe that systemic stupidity is a bigger problem than voter fraud.

More of the DNC BS misdirection. The narrative is “the Democrats lost ground in the House so that proves there wasn’t cheating”. Here they going as far as calling it a “Debacle”. It so transparent it is insulting. Meanwhile they have stolen the Presidency and kept the House and may end stealing Senate too.

They have the Senate if you add Collins, MurCOWski and Delecto to the Democratic side.

“They have the Senate if you add Collins, MurCOWski and Delecto to the Democratic side.“

Maybe but having the actual Majority is a much different matter. Without that they cannot make DC and PR a state and that is just for starters,

I feel both are equally bad. That is why I believe that if you want the right to vote you should pass a civics and history exam. If a voter doesn’t know about our history and how our constitution works why should voters be trusted to make the right choices in choosing a candidate.

Indeed. But that for that, fraud could not work as races would not be close enough.

A big part of the idiocy / ignorance is deliberate misinformation from virtually all of the media they absorb constantly - which is why campaign advertising is so important to reach these people. People ask “how could anyone vote for Joe Biden?” knowing what we know about him...well...most people never saw that Joe Biden. They saw the one the media showed them, and the one Biden showed them himself in his campaign advertising. Painted a much different picture than the real man. The lack of response to this messaging is now apparent in its effect. How many people saw the “hairy legs” speech? Very few - should have been a campaign ad. How many saw him throwing fits and cussing out voters on multiple occasions? Very few. Should have been a campaign ad. How many people know about the breakthrough peace agreements and their impact President Trump successfully got? Very few...should have been campaign ads. Etc. Instead, the entire messaging most people got was that Trump was a monster and generally incompetent and unable to handle the job, causing chaos at home and abroad, etc. whereas Joe Biden was a visionary, a strong, competent leader of good temperament who will end the chaos and bring peace at home and abroad, a man of integrity, etc. Biden’s campaign controlled the message from start to finish.

Yes...those three essentially control the Senate - especially if we don’t keep both Georgia Senate seats.

However, the Democrats don’t get DC and PR as a state, nor court packing, and they don’t get the committee gavels. Those are huge issues. However, we should not expect a conservative agenda to get any traction, either. It will be a “status quo” Congress at best.

Yep - far bigger. When lefties cry and moan about how stupid Americans are, I just point them to the fact that Democrats and teacher’s unions have destroyed our education system.
