The posted language is certainly in the Constitution and was put there by folks who understood very well insurrection and rebellion. Moreover it didn't say it was 'just' applicable to the recently passed insurrection. There had to be some into for this clause to provide future proofing for the country. Its Framers would intend it to be used in present circumstances. The scope and power of the clause is vast, but its mechanics were left to Congress to specify via Section 5. But I haven't been able to find what, if any, legally active enabling legislation for it exist.

Trump's legal team really needs to dig into this as it potentially offers the equivalent of W closing the skies on 911. Can POTUS or SCOTUS act based on the language of the amendment alone? I don't know. Supremacy clause implies those in violation should not be serving. Normally I'd expect some kind of due process for such major effects. But Due Process has its roots in the Bill of Rights and this arguably amends that... Yet the politics of applying it would be much cleaner through following pre-existing, albeit mostly forgotten, Congressional enabling scaffolding.

We need to do a China boycott.

At the very least.

Maybe even a capitol strike. Buy NOTHING. NO eating out, no disney, no netflix, nothing. Buy storebrand or make do.

Crash the tax base for biden.

Why not simply read the text of the amendment?

https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/amendmentxiv

The president can not strip EVs from a state unless they deny the right to vote to part of their own inhabitants.

If he declares BLM and Antifa an insurrection, he COULD declare the rat reps, senators, and Biden and Harris as ineligible for office since they gave aid and comfort to an insurrection. (Section 3). Not sure if even Trump could pull that off though.

All state legislatures actually have the power to simply appoint electors. Per Article 2 of the Constitution electors are chosen in a manner to be determined by the state legislature. If any state legislature decided to ignore the election results and appoint a slate of electors, it would be perfectly constitutional.

Question: Former VP John Breckenridge received the state of South Carolina’s electoral votes in the 1860 election that triggered the civil war. What was his margin of victory in the SC popular vote?

If you haven’t already guessed, it’s a trick question; there was no popular vote in SC in 1860 (or any other POTUS election prior). The state legislature appointed the electors directly, thus proving the point — no popular vote is required by the Constitution.

The problem is the coup has the momentum on the PR front. A polite legal defense takes time. The GOP legislature in PA appears to be very squishy and hs indicated they won't act. The GOP legislatures in WI and MI have been feistier and had backing of state judicial branches in fight against dictatorial Covid lockdowns. AND they both have documented 4am 100k to 0 Biden overvote dumps. But their states are receiving very little attention and their theft is being taken for granted. They need to come out strongly, demand properly publicized investigations of Res ipsa loquitur fraud andstate that they will defend their honest voters by choosing electors themselves unless the fraud oi be resolved.

MI legislatures could take their prose a step further. They could point out this has been done before in the election of 1824. AS ONE BIDEN'S CURRENTLY RECORDED VOTERS MAY RECALL, HAVING BEEN BORN BEFORE THEN! I think the earliest zombie voter identified so far was born in 1823. Yes in 2020 all is possible, the Zombie Apocalypse is upon us and they are voting! We need to up the rhetoric to get thru the media blockade.

This fraud has been set up by the Chicom virus and the measures allegedly to be used against it as pushed by China and its paid for political friends in the left. Don't let China Joe steal the country!

Yes and “George Washington was the only President elected unanimously,” yet he had the same popular voter. IIRC popular voting and direct presidential elections in some states preceded the Civil War, but I don’t recall the details off the top of my head.

Symbolically Trump should set up a MAGA rally at the Flight 93 Memorial because that embodies the spirit of normal Americans needed to win this battle. What is being done to steal this country is WORSE than 911 and deserves to be treated as such.

Only the Federal Reserve can "print money" at will, but the States can apparently "print" (and process) last-minute ballots at will...

If that's latest practice then New Rules, as Bongino says. We should be following suit and printing ballots in GOP counties. Unless/until the SCOTUS weighs in....
