Got to admit, when I did my ballot with said sharpie in MI, the bleed-through was a bit disconcerting. Was kind of surprised after hearing others mentioning the same afterward. Wish I’d taken a better look at the front of the ballot after marking the back. At a glance looked as though the bleed-through wasn’t anywhere near the actual selection circles, but, as I said, didn’t look at it very well.
I was surprised when it was handed to me. I was thinking - really? A sharpie?
